Shipments and returns

Your packed shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping is free within the United States except for Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, Hawaii and all US territories. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Arrives 5-8 business days within the U.S.
  • Free shipping for all orders when you select standard shipping at checkout except for Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and all US territories
  • International shipping is currently not available

USPS Priority Mail Day Shipping

  • Arrives 2-3 business days within the U.S.
  • Order must be placed by 3:30 PM ET
  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM ET on a Friday will ship on Monday

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Please note that all officially recognized United States national holidays are not considered business days and will therefore increase delivery times.
  • Ground orders will be delivered by USPS. If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact customer service.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and all US territories must ship to a physical address (no P.O. Boxes).
  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM ET on a Friday will ship on Monday
  • We currently do not provide international shipping but will in the near future, so please continue to check our site for updates.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 days to return or exchange your item(s) from the date of purchase. After the 7 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Items must be returned at your cost. Nanoo KidZ does not provide return labels at this time. All returned items must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact and original packaging included. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase from Nanoo KidZ. We cannot accept your returned items without your receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving the item/s or if the wrong size was ordered.
